Alexandre de Senarclens specialises in banking law, financial services, white-collar crime and corporate law. He provides advice and representation in court proceedings.

He primarily assists individuals and financial institutions with complex domestic and transnational litigation. He regularly works on cases involving financial mismanagement, whether civil or criminal. His practice also covers tracing assets and obtaining freezing orders in Switzerland and abroad. He has developed an extensive network of partner law firms worldwide, enabling him to coordinate and continuously monitor cases with an international element. He also advises and represents financial intermediaries, particularly independent wealth managers, in their dealings with clients, commercial partners, supervisory authorities and the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). He helps these clients organise their affairs, obtain the necessary authorisations, and draft contracts specific to their activities. This requires an in-depth analysis of their activities in order to help them choose the most appropriate internal organisation with which to respond efficiently to their various legal and regulatory requirements. Alexandre de Senarclens is also active in corporate law, including contracts, partner relationships and the liabilities of directors and auditors, and acts as a board member for several Swiss companies. He advises his clients on relevant legal aspects and the overall strategy in all his areas of expertise to help them reach their goals. He provides a bespoke service to his clients. Prior to co-founding Reiser Avocats, he practised at the Geneva Bar for many years at leading Geneva law firms.
