Administrative Law
Barnabas Denes
Administrative law governs relations between the State and individuals. Complex and varied regulations govern the daily actions of public authorities in their dealings with the population. The law aims to ensure the balanced functioning of the administration, while respecting the rights of citizens.
We represent and advise individuals and legal entities in their relations and disputes with the State, particularly in matters relating to authorizations to carry out activities, State liability, disciplinary proceedings, administrative sanctions, and the employment relationships of cantonal or municipal employees. We assist our clients in the negotiations with the authorities and the applications for authorizations, and represent them in the appeals process against decisions taken by federal, cantonal or municipal State authorities.
