Our firm handles all matters relating to or concerning the legal profession, in particular the application of professionnal rules of the Swiss lawyers’ Act (LLCA), the Swiss Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), the Code of Criminal Procedure (CPP) and the Swiss Code of Professionnal Conduct (SCPC).

We advise and represent Swiss and foreign lawyers in their dealings with the Supervisory Authority for Lawyers, both in relation to administrative authorisations and representation in disciplinary matters.

We also act before the courts in dispute relating to fees or the proper performance of mandates.
