Real estate, lease, and construction law are areas that are becoming increasingly complex and highly technical. Opposition proceedings have become almost systematic in the context of real estate projects. Disputes relating to construction sites, defects, or the responsibilities of the various parties involved are also frequent and expose those involved to significant financial risks. At the same time, lease law governs day-to-day relations between landlords and tenants, with specific regulations.

We support our clients at every stage of their real estate projects, upstream for legal structuring, obtaining authorizations, or contract negotiation, and downstream in the event of opposition or litigation. We also assist landlords and tenants in disputes relating to private residences or commercial premises. We represent clients before judicial, administrative, and arbitration authorities at both the cantonal and federal levels.
