Roxane Reiser

Roxane Reiser advises and represents a Swiss and international clientele in all her areas of practice. She has a particular expertise in Anglo-Swiss cross-border disputes. She regularly acts in matters with an international dimension, whether in the context of patrimonial planning or in multi-jurisdictional disputes involving issues of recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, preservation measures and disclosure requests.

Roxane Reiser also acts as an expert on English law in her areas of practice in litigation in Switzerland and France.

Alongside her Swiss practice, Roxane Reiser practises as a Barrister at Wilberforce Chambers, London. She is consistently ranked in the legal directories Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

Before joining Reiser Avocats, Roxane Reiser practised at a renowned Genevan law firm specialising in matrimonial and international disputes for five years. Roxane was seconded to the contentious trusts and estates team of a leading London law firm between September 2024 and February 2025.
