Olivier Rivoire and Alexandre de Senarclens have co-written an article in AGEFI on the Swiss Parliament’s vote on March 21, 2025 approving the December 2023 agreement between the UK and Switzerland on mutual recognition in financial services, known as the “Berne Financial Services Agreement”.
